ECS Advanced Datacomms Specialist


To be eligible for an ECS Advanced Datacomms Specialist card, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • a) Be over 24 years of age and have experience of the tasks shown on the card information tab
    – and –
  • b) have passed CGLI 3666./SQA Modules
    – or –
  • c) have passed the S/NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services Installing and inspecting Structured Cabling Systems
    – and –
  • Hold a current (up-to-date) Health & Safety Certificate or recognised H&S qualification. For details visit the ECS H&S test information area.
