The Network Infrastructure Installation Assistant ECS card is for people working in the Network Infrastructure industry in a supportive role to assist other qualified staff with the installation of cables and other work under supervision.
Eligibility and requirements
To be eligible for the Network Infrastructure Installation Assistant card, applicants must meet the criteria in either Route 1 or Route 2:
Route 1
Award in Communication Cabling at Level 2 (such as the City & Guilds Level 2 3666/3667/3668)
Route 2
Hold the Network Infrastructure Awareness Assessment
Both routes above require a current ECS Health, Safety and Environmental Assessment or valid exemption.
