ECS Records Check

Apply for a record search

All ECS card application data is held on our databases. Candidates can apply for a record search by completing the request form below.

Basic record search - £10

We will provide you with a basic single page print out from the ECS database, listing the names of the qualifications held on your record.

Detailed record search - £50

We will provide you with photocopies of all the qualification certificates held in the JIB archives in your name.  It should be noted that these may be photocopies of old photocopies, so the quality will be variable.   If genuine duplicate certificates are required, it is recommended that you contact the appropriate examination awarding body.
