Card data: All cards display a card identity number, name and photograph.  The holder’s main occupation and up to five additional occupations in which the holder is certified are shown on the card front, together with appropriate JIB Grade (where applicable);   The holder’s signature, together with the route by which certification has been achieved are printed on the back - additional vocational holders qualifications (such as 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations) may be printed where these are held.

Who should apply:

Skilled workers, capable of carrying out, in an autonomous and competent manner and within the allotted time:

  • the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of elecrtomechanic, electronic or pneumatic measurement, control and regulation devices used in process engineering.
