This card is for staff of Modular and Portable Buildings Association (MPBA) members who have successfully completed the MPBA PDI training programme - the bespoke industry training and assessment programme for temporary buildings.
 
The card demonstrates that the cardholder has a basic knowledge of electrical safety for the pre-delivery inspection of modular and portable buildings and can identify potential electrical safety issues that need to be investigated further.

Eligibility and requirements

To be eligible for MPBA ECS card, applicants must:

1. Have successfully completed the MPBA PDI training course.

2. Hold a current ECS Health, Safety and Environmental Assessment (no health and safety qualification exemptions are permitted for this card). For details visit the ECS H&S Assessment page.

Note: Applications for this card must be made through the MPBA.
