Due to the constant high volume of enquiries we receive, we aim to respond to your email within 14 days.

If your question is regarding: 

  • Your application: please try MyECS for an online tracker and feedback on progress.
  • An application on hold: please check your emails before calling us. If we require further information on your application, we will have sent you an email to detail the information we need from you.
  • Which card you are eligible for: we are unable to make judgements or provide advice at the pre-application stage. You must submit a formal ECS card application with all your supporting documentation.
