To find your certificate number on your City and Guilds Certificate you need to look for a string of numbers and letters toward the bottom right of the certificate in the format of “six numbers, then a forward slash followed by four numbers with a dash and another two numbers, then a forward slash followed by six numbers, then a forward slash followed by three letters and another four numbers” (Please see image below).

You will need to enter the whole string as shown on your certificate.
