The ECS is reminding card holders and employers that Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and specialist DBS ID cards can be obtained for ECS card holders.
An ECS DBS identification card is visible in both the MyECS virtual card app and on the Employer Portal. Alongside technical and vocational competencies, ID verification and health and safety awareness, having a DBS verification as part of your ECS account gives a greater oversight of necessary standards being met for work in controlled environments and helps secure quick project access.
